Job summary

New York City Department of Transportation seeks an Associate Staff Analyst to support the Budget and Capital Program Management team in overseeing a multibillion-dollar ten-year capital program. The analyst will analyze capital proposals, update plans, coordinate CP approvals, track delivery, and prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management.

Comfortable handling large datasets and creating clear spreadsheets and presentations is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, or related field and 1 year relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience.
• Associate degree and 5 years relevant experience.
• High school diploma and 7 years relevant experience.
• Education/experience combination with 30 credits per year substitution; high school required.
