Job summary

Genesis Resources seeks a Lead Capital Actuary to own the US regulatory capital modeling (NAIC RBC) and to shape capital strategy, liquidity and allocation. You will work closely with the CEO, CRO and CFO on capital decisions and interact with regulators and rating agencies.

The role requires strong experience in capital modeling, underwriting impacts, reinsurance, investments and CAT exposure, plus a track record of building and managing capital models rather than just outputs.

Qualifications

• Ability to model the company's capital position now and forecast it under different scenarios.
• Understand how underwriting, reinsurance, investments, CAT exposure, dividends affect capital.
• Experience with building/managing capital models vs. consumed actuarial outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own US regulatory capital modeling (NAIC RBC) and capital strategy.
• Lead capital/dividend strategy, liquidity, allocation and portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with CEO, CFO and CRO; interface with regulators and rating agencies; support ORSA and stress testing.
