King City Gardens in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Supervisor to manage the processing team, maintain quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across production.

You will oversee batch production, train staff, monitor inventory, and report on efficiency, while collaborating with the Manager on safety and GMP standards.

This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication as you drive production goals in a rapidly growing cannabis operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• 3+ years in a production/assembly environment.
• 2+ years in training or coaching.
• Experience in cannabis or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, personnel, workflows, and production goals.
• Supervise formulation of cannabis flower and concentrate mixes per SOPs.
• Oversee creation of batches and processing operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coach and train employees on SOPs, safety, and proprietary methods.
• Track and report team and equipment efficiency and output to the Manager.
• Maintain logs for inventory tracking, production reporting and product movement.
• Ensure PPE, GMP compliance, and safety procedures are followed.
