Job summary

King City Gardens seeks a Supervisor to oversee the processing team in a fast-growing cannabis operation. You will manage production schedules, ensure quality, and enforce safety, GMP, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coaching up to 20 staff, tracking efficiency, maintaining logs, and coordinating with the Manager to meet daily goals. Full-time role with evening hours; benefits after 30 days include health, vision, and dental plans along with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years working in an assembly or production environment.
• 2+ years of experience in training or coaching.
• Cannabis or regulated industries experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the processing team.
• Supervise formulation of cannabis flower and concentrate mixes according to SOPs.
• Oversee creation of Kief batches and processing operations.
• Coach and train employees to meet production quotas and quality standards.
• Train new hires on SOPs, safety, and proprietary methods.
• Track and report team and equipment efficiency and output.
• Maintain logs for inventory tracking and production reporting.
