Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside division in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Processing Agent to join a compliant cannabis processing operation. The role requires at least 1 year in cannabis processing or similar manufacturing, data entry to METRC, operating trimming equipment, and adherence to GMP and safety policies.

You will mentor staff, monitor environmental conditions in the dry room, ensure proper drying, and support quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, leading and/or mentoring staff or new hires preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cannabis processing or a related role within the cannabis industry.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain data related to production, inventory, and compliance using METRC.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot machine trimming equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure processing activities comply with state and federal regulations, internal policies and conduct audits.
• Mentor staff, promote teamwork and open communication.
• Conduct product inspections and collaborate with QA to address issues.
• Monitor environmental conditions in the dry room to ensure proper drying of harvested cannabis.
• Maintain GMP standards, PPE, cleanliness and documented procedures.
• Keep a sanitary work environment and cleaning logs for workstations.
