Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Processing Agent in Uxbridge, MA to join our cannabis processing team. The role requires at least 1 year in cannabis processing or related manufacturing, and the ability to operate trimming equipment and use METRC data entry while upholding safety and GMP standards.

The position involves mentoring staff, maintaining environmental conditions in the dry room, and ensuring accurate data and labels.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, leading and/or mentoring staff or new hires preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cannabis processing or a related role within the cannabis industry.
• Requires work around plant material with possible pollen/dust exposure.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, and repetitive actions with hands long periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain data related to production, inventory, and compliance using METRC.
• Operate and troubleshoot trimming equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure processing activities comply with regulations and internal policies; conduct audits.
• Mentor staff and foster teamwork and open communication.
• Conduct product inspections with QA to address issues.
• Maintain dry room conditions (temp, humidity, airflow) for proper drying.
• Monitor staff productivity through observation and data analysis.
• Adhere to GMP standards including PPE and sanitation.
