Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Processing Agent to oversee harvest materials processing in a regulated environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of cannabis processing experience and be able to sit, stand, and kneel for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities include data management with METRC, equipment operation, QA collaboration, and mentoring staff to maintain a positive, compliant production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience training, leading or mentoring staff preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain data related to production, inventory, and compliance using METRC.
• Operate and maintain trimming equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure processing activities comply with regulations and internal policies; conduct audits.
• Mentor staff and promote teamwork and open communication.
• Conduct product inspections with QA to address issues.
• Maintain environmental conditions in the dry room for proper drying of cannabis.
• Monitor productivity of processing staff through observation and data analysis.
• Adhere to GMP standards including PPE, cleanliness and procedures.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment and cleaning logs.
