Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia is seeking a Manager of the Supportive Care Program to lead patient support services across the Oncology Service Line. This role involves overseeing clinical workflow, operations, and staff, as well as designing and evaluating therapy programming.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business or health care administration and at least four years of management experience, preferably within cancer care. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including medical, dental, and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Experience in caring for cancer patients strongly preferred.
