Job summary

Silver King Beverage Company is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee the Craftmate production line including filling and packaging of beverage cans. You will coordinate production activities, maintain equipment, and enforcequality controls while organizing palletized storage and transport readiness.

You will lead a safety-first team, mentor operators, and drive continuous improvement with TPM practices to optimize line performance and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of Craftmate filling and packaging equipment to ensure accurate fill, pallet stacking, and product safety.
• Lead troubleshooting, coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime, and maintain TPM schedules.
• Ensure quality control through checks and documentation of production activities and inspections.
• Coach and train operators on filling and palletizing processes, changeovers, and safety.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with teams to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety procedures and GMP guidelines.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors and maintenance for smooth line transitions and schedule adherence.
