The selected candidate will lead packaging operations, train staff, and be involved in logistics, including operating the company box truck. A background in beverage packaging and mechanical aptitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beverage or liquid packaging.
• Experience with fillers, labelers, and SKU changeovers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to complete documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate filling and labeling equipment.
• Perform in-process QA/QC checks and maintain documentation.
• Train operators and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics and material movement.
