Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's in criminal justice or equivalent preferred.
• 4 years security, US military, or law enforcement experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security sergeants and officers on assigned shift.
• Evaluate, counsel and mentor staff on performance.
• Oversee training for new employees and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and other emergency responders.
• Prepare incident reports and campus safety documentation.
• Oversee access control, patrols, and alarm monitoring.
• Direct daily assignments and briefings for security operations.
