Qualifications

• Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
• Ability to perform tasks using the internet and database query tools.
• Must be able to respond to after-hour campus emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, inspections, maintenance, and installations of HVAC controls and related equipment.
• Provide training for new employees and supervise their work.
• Inspect buildings and perform basic maintenance functions.
• Ensure work is done to codes and university standards.
• Attend university required safety training to maintain certifications.
