Qualifications

• 5 years work experience as an HVAC mechanic or instrument technician.
• Experience with digital and pneumatic control systems.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Campus HVAC and associated systems.
• Procure materials and maintain stock for projects.
• Supervise and train new employees on tasks.
• Ensure compliance with university standards in maintenance.
• Respond to operational emergencies on campus.
