Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking an Engineering Systems Analyst to join the BIS team. You will solve engineering and product lifecycle information problems by configuring CAD/PLM platforms, analyzing requirements, and driving continuous improvement across design, manufacturing, and IT.

You will own enterprise-wide CAD/PLM implementation, deliver dashboards and reports, mentor junior analysts, and coordinate with engineering, program management, and operations to ensure data integrity and actionable

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident per ITAR/EAR; degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with good communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CAD/PLM and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide reviews of business systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Elicit requirements for complex initiatives via interviews, workshops, and analyses.
• Architect and deliver dashboards, reports, and PLM/engineering data solutions.
