Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 within first 2 weeks in role.
• BICSI Installer 2 Copper preferred; Fiber preferred.
• BICSI Certified Technician must be earned within 12 months in role.
• 2–5 years work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 3–5 Technicians and Installers to complete project tasks.
• Train Technicians to perform job responsibilities and lead.
• Oversee jobsite organization and maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Read floorplans and cut sheets; interpret drawings and specs.
• Install/terminate/test optical fiber and copper installations.
