Job summary

The Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, a division of The Norfolk Companies, is seeking a Lead Carpenter / Cabinet Installer for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling. You will lead installations, read plans, and ensure high craftsmanship on occupied homes.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, competitive hourly pay, full-time W-2 employment, and a benefits package. You will work with a skilled team and help mentor others while delivering quality spaces.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional carpentry, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or residential remodeling experience.
Extensive experience installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
Strong finish carpentry skills (crown molding, trim, panels, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, measurements, and installation details.
Leadership experience preferred, able to mentor junior carpenters.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and finishing components.
Own assigned installations and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
Coordinate with PMs, designers, countertop installers, plumbers, electricians, and other trades.
Guide and support Carpenter Helpers on site and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
