Job summary

The Norfolk Companies seeks an experienced Lead Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to own quality, execution, and craftsmanship on site in Massachusetts. You’ll lead installations of cabinetry, countertops, trim and finish carpentry with a focus on fit, finish, and presentation.

Read plans, layouts, elevations, and measurements and guide less experienced carpenters. You’ll work with a strong team, collaborating with Project Managers and Designers to keep projects moving, while maintaining a clean,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience.
• Strong experience with custom cabinetry and detailed finish work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, or mentor other carpenters.
• Confidence reading plans, layouts, elevations, and measurements.
• Strong troubleshooting and field problem-solving skills.
• Close attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger project team.
• Professional, customer-focused communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
