Kitchen Tune-Up Brooklyn North is hiring a Lead Cabinet Installer and Finish Carpenter to join our team for year‑round residential kitchen projects across Brooklyn and Manhattan.

This lead role requires at least three years of professional cabinet installation experience, strong finish carpentry skills and the ability to read plans. Expect a full‑time, in‑person schedule with project coordination support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional kitchen cabinet installation experience.
• Strong finish carpentry and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read cabinet plans, elevations and installation drawings.
• Ability to install a complete kitchen independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Independently install complete residential kitchens from plans and elevations.
• Install framed and frameless cabinetry.
• Lay out cabinetry to ensure level, plumb and square fit.
• Install fillers, trim, crown moulding and decorative details.
• Perform cabinet refacing or modifications as needed.
• Manage daily progress and communicate with project coordinator.
• Lead a helper or second installer when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and protect customer homes.
