Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the game's technical design
• Lead estimation and sprint planning
• Report progress to Technical Directors and leadership
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Identify and resolve risks and conflicts across the project
• Use version control (Git, Perforce, Plastic SCM)
• Communicate effectively with the team
