Link Restaurant Group in New Orleans seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead and supervise the PM kitchen crew across their portfolio of kitchens, including Herbsaint, Cochon and more.

You will oversee daily prep, line setup and quality checks, ensure timely lunch/dinner execution, and train culinary staff to meet high standards of taste, quality and presentation. The role includes shifting and coordinating prep lists, ordering, and collaboration with other BOH leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily prep, line setup and quality check for high-volume service.
• Ensure lunch or dinner service is executed to standard and on time.
• Fill in for the Executive Sous Chef in planning and directing food preparation when needed.
• Coordinate with cooks and supervisors to maintain food quality and presentation.
• Train and review cook and prep staff on taste, quality and presentation.
• Support scheduling and line staffing to meet restaurant needs.
• Assist the Chef Se Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef in controlling labor costs and efficiency.
• Represent the BOH at pre-shift meetings and communicate specials and dietary considerations.
