We are seeking a talented individual to lead the strategy and delivery of products that achieve business and financial objectives. This role involves guiding development teams, representing business needs, managing product backlog, and coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business goals to inform product priorities and improvements.
• Identify and prioritize features based on business and end-user needs.
• Monitor trends to inform strategy and propose solutions.
• Lead product lifecycle management and establish roadmaps and release plans.
• Evaluate product performance and champion value-based improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate product strategies.
• Guide the development team in Agile methodologies, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Manage product launch processes and monitor post-launch performance.
• Ensure compliance with standards and track associated costs.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in a technology product owner role.
• Expertise in finance, accounting, or HR domains is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business problems and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Product owner certification preferred.
