General Function

The Lead Product Owner for Privileged Access Management (PAM) will collaborate with Product Managers, Technology, Lines of Business, Risk, and other key partners to define and optimize specific bank products. Responsibilities include defining, prioritizing, and managing product development to exceed customer expectations and support growth. The role involves developing and leading product roadmap implementation, supporting business outcomes, and leading prioritization processes to maximize value, mitigate risks, and protect systems and identities across the Bank. This position may require guidance from senior Product Owners or leadership and may involve leading SAFe methodologies, managing team backlogs, and ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.

Accountable for risk management, policy adherence, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role involves continuous risk assessment, governance compliance, and industry trend monitoring. Responsibilities also include promoting awareness of privileged access risks, providing training, and partnering with third parties for seamless service delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Motivate teams to deliver on strategy and product growth.
  • Partner with business, IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other teams to define and execute product strategies.
  • Establish goals, objectives, and monitor KPIs for product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for approvals and guidance.
  • Ensure PAM practices comply with policies and regulations, support audits and risk assessments.
  • Maintain transparency and communication with stakeholders.
  • Make complex decisions supporting regulatory compliance, revenue growth, and process optimization.
  • Define and report on KPIs and KRIs related to PAM effectiveness and compliance.
  • Stay updated on threats and PAM technologies, driving automation and process improvements.
  • Promote PAM best practices, provide user and admin training.
  • Partner with third parties for product releases, defect remediation, and service quality.
  • Participate in industry forums and conferences.
  • If appropriate, lead SAFe initiatives, manage product backlogs, and facilitate team ceremonies.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • Success in strategic development and program execution.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong product management and organizational influence skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Business acumen related to product and customer processes.
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies preferred.
  • Inclusive leadership and fostering innovation.
  • Collaborative, curious, and creative problem solver.
  • Strong analytical skills and independent work ability.

Salary range: $80,500 - $169,100 annually.
