Impact of the Role

This role involves managing event and alert management systems, integrating with tools like ServiceNow and PagerDuty to monitor infrastructure, detect anomalies, and escalate issues. It also includes creating technical documentation, overseeing UAT and ETE testing, documenting user requirements and journeys, and supporting organizational standards and practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop technical documentation, job aids, and governance materials
• Manage UAT and ETE testing for PagerDuty
• Gather and document user requirements and map user journeys
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination
• Produce project analysis documentation (business requirements, use cases, etc.)
• Create and maintain organizational standards documentation
• Communicate updates and findings; facilitate project meetings
• Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support product roadmap prioritization and backlog management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans
• Assist in backlog refinement and review during sprints
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align product strategy
• Evaluate implementation options and consider scope impacts
• Provide analytical and reporting support for decision-making
• Participate in all squad meetings and follow monitoring procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders to create user stories and deliver solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting environment
• Knowledge of financial services operations and technology; experience in banking or capital markets is a plus
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and DTCC's products
