Zenworx is seeking a seasoned Business Research Leader with 14+ years of experience to lead and deliver strategic research engagements for global investment management clients.

Role Overview:
The role involves managing a wide range of high impact research projects from market sizing and competitive benchmarking to investment screening and commercial due diligence. The candidate will be expected to guide teams, ensure high-quality outputs, and engage with clients.

Role:

• Lead strategic research engagements across sectors and geographies
• Manage and grow client accounts; drive proposal development, pitch strategy, and business development initiatives
• Own pilot/POC delivery to demonstrate value to prospective clients
• Guide teams, ensure output quality, and build reusable knowledge frameworks
• Develop talent through structured coaching and performance management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 14+ years in business/investment research, with strong client-facing experience
• Expertise across market sizing, industry deep-dives, benchmarking, and diligence
• Prior experience in consulting, KPOs, or investment research roles
• Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and research tools (Capital IQ, PitchBook, etc.)
