Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to train staff and manage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting staff workflow and daily queue management.
• Underwrite and make timely lending decisions with delegated authority.
• Ensure compliance with lending laws, regulations and bank policies.
• Provide guidance and training to Underwriter I staff and other personnel.
• Develop proficiency with SB Central Underwriting System and Portfolio Risk Advisor.
