Role: Technology Lead – Sitecore CMS.
Duration: Full Time.
Location: Detroit, MI.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7); experience in version 8 is an advantage.
  • Strong technical hands‑on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
  • Good understanding of web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies.
  • Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions.
  • Experience in design and development of multilingual/multi‑country websites.
  • Strong experience in high‑level and detailed solution design and build validation. Experience in content migration projects.
  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, and responsive web design.
  • Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework.
  • Strong knowledge of IIS and Team Foundation Server.
  • Solid programming knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and web services.
  • Must have at least 4 years of .NET project‑related experience.
  • Data Infrastructure; Content Items; Presentation – specifically Web Controls; Placeholder framework; Rules framework; Binding content and presentation; Workflow engine; Platform administration and tuning.
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS.
  • Specifically for Sitecore: Sitecore API, Kernel, client libraries; Sitecore concepts including layouts, sub‑layouts, templates, CM/CD environments, caching, serialization, configuration, deployment, security, etc.
  • Track record of leading a Sitecore development team of at least 6 developers.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Conversant with release management.
  • Conversant with unit‑testing automation.
