Bizoforce, a leading platform accelerating digital solutions for enterprises in the Dallas area, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories. You will collaborate with developers, architects, PO, UX/UI, and QA to analyze workflows, APIs, and data flows.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, supporting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring traceability from design through release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar experience.
• Strong experience developing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with application workflows, APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Dallas Fort Worth based or able to work regularly from the DFW area.

• Connected vehicle, telematics, or vehicle to cloud experience.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or automotive technology organizations.
