Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the assessment of a complex, manual control environment with over 500 controls, evaluating their effectiveness, viability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Developing strategies to automate controls to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
3. Identifying opportunities to improve control design and implementation, considering ongoing transformation and new controls.
4. Analyzing existing control documentation and processes to identify gaps and weaknesses.
5. Developing detailed automation recommendations, including technology solutions, implementation plans, and cost-benefit analyses.
6. Collaborating with technology and business teams to implement automation solutions.
7. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of automated controls.

4. Strong experience in fraud and claims environments (highly preferred).
5. Experience with automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and AI.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
