HCLTech is seeking a Lead Business Analyst in New York City, onsite 100%, local to NY/NJ/CT/PA area. The role focuses on Lending & Credit Risk with LoanIQ and related platforms, translating business needs into precise requirements for IT delivery.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, creating diagrams, coordinating with test teams, and shaping end-to-end solutions in a global, multi-region environment. Strong English and agile collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Banking.
• LoanIQ or LS2 experience.
• Lending and Credit Risk domain experience.
• Banking IT with Frontends, Channels and Cloud knowhow.
• Proficient with Use Case Diagrams, BPMN and flowcharts.
• Experience working with Test Teams.

• Analyze the impacts of changes and assist in developing optimal target state business processes.
• Create and execute roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.

Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs in Lending & Credit Risk and translating them into requirements which are clear and easy to understand for the IT implementation team. Job Description For Lead Business Analyst:

LoanIQ Requirements Engineer is responsible for analyzing business needs in Lending and Credit Risk domain and translating them into requirements which are clear and easy to understand for the IT implementation team.

Responsibilities:

• Prior LoanIQ or LS2 experience
• Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating them into specific functional specifications for IT solution development and implementation
• Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
• Assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
• Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
• Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
• Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions

Skills:

• Lending and Credit Risk domain experience - LoanIQ or LS2 etc
• Broad experience (also practical) in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers)
• Broad experience (also practical) in detailing and creation of User Stories as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams
• Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams
• Knowledge of Banking IT (e.g., Frontends & Channels and Cloud Knowhow) and experience in Lending processes and Credit Risk workflows.
• Experience in API design (swagger definition) and data mapping.
• Strong background in systems integrations based on data-driven APIs.
• Good experience working with diagrams like Use Case Diagrams, BPMN diagrams, Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams.
• Hands on in creating test scenarios for Test-Driven Development and assisting QA/test team also in test execution.
• A passion for constantly learning in a constantly evolving environment.
• Experience working in large-scale, complex multi-region / global corporate IT environments. Ability to work with teams globally across different time zones and from different cultural backgrounds.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Pay Range Minimum: $70hr

Pay Range Maximum: $81hr
