Job summary

Quantam Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to serve as the senior functional and analytical expert across large-scale information systems, with a focus on the Salesforce platform and related integrations.

This role leads requirements management, process improvement, and Agile delivery, while coordinating with stakeholders, IT, and vendors in a hybrid onsite/remote work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years business analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Extensive Salesforce experience including Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, and Conga Composer.
• Knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.

Quantam Solutions provides IT solutions and consulting for various clients. We offer competitive hourly wages, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. We are currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst. The work schedule is hybrid with two days onsite and three days remote.

Overview:

The Lead Business Analyst serves as the senior functional and analytical expert. This position leads the full spectrum of business analysis activities for largescale, complex information systems—with the majority of work dedicated to the Salesforce application suite, including Salesforce Digital Experiences/Communities, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Conga Composer, and multiple custom integrations.

The Lead BA is responsible for requirements management, business process reengineering, solution architecture collaboration, Agile delivery leadership, security and compliance documentation, and procurement support. The position ensures alignment between business objectives, technical architecture, cybersecurity standards, DTMB enterprise policies, and vendor deliverables. The Lead BA sets analytical standards, mentors team members, and coordinates communication between business stakeholders, technical staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and prioritizes business and user needs.
• Triage user requests and tickets, assign priority and severity, and communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize CRM inbox communications.
• Draft and send communications to users and specific audiences related to business process upgrades, timelines, system changes, or anything relevant to the system.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse work. Assist with business warehouse/intelligence support and enhancements.
• Assist with developing and drafting RFPs.
• Assist in deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms.
• Work with IT and business project teams to understand reporting and data warehousing requirements and propose solutions.
• Document and provide knowledge transfer to the rest of the Enterprise Reporting Team for all solutions.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project manager.
• Assist QA/Testing team when required by volume of work

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years business analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Extensive Salesforce experience including Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, and Conga Composer.
• Knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.
