Job summary

Michigan Department of Military & Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive the full spectrum of BA activities for large-scale information systems, focusing on Salesforce platform and related components such as Apex, LWC, Flows, and Conga Composer.

The role requires extensive Salesforce expertise, 10 years BA experience, and strong skills in Agile delivery, SOWs/RFPs, and integration architecture. On-site with a hybrid schedule in Lansing, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years in business analysis.
• Extensive Salesforce experience including Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, and Conga Composer.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.
• Experience with microservices, integrations, and distributed architecture.
