Purpose:

Acts as a critical liaison among partners, business, and IT teams, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements across various domains to support data ingestion, reporting, and analytics for Program Business. Ensures all artifacts meet company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with analysts, technical leads, and managers to produce project estimates.
  • Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis for IT projects and maintenance.
  • Create business, functional, and data mapping requirements.
  • Manage issues and scope changes for small efforts.
  • Identify and operationalize process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for software changes.
  • Follow project methodologies and guidelines.
  • Utilize skills like process flows, gap analysis, and root cause assessment.
  • Assist in creating test cases and data for various testing phases.
Required Technical Skills:
  • SQL queries and analytical functions
  • Experience with task management tools like Azure DevOps
  • Analysis experience in Data Warehouse or Data Ingestion projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with data modeling, governance, and ETL practices
  • Ability to facilitate collaborative sessions
  • Understanding of financial reporting systems
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and data mapping
  • Agile/Scrum experience and project management familiarity
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Visio
Education, Certifications & Designations:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred: Degree work in IT, Data, or Analytics
