Qualifications

• Requires a lead BA/BSA with supervisory experience.
• Experience in major digital transformation programs in complex environments.
• Experience in Agile environments translating business requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analysis support.
• Lead analysis to document business and functional requirements for key initiatives.
