Competenze

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible bus operations experience with safe vehicle operation.
• Experience developing and presenting bus operator training or as an instructor.
• Valid driver's license and Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsements; clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Training / Instructional Design preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver classroom and on-street bus operation instruction and evaluate learner performance.
• Develop training courses, lesson plans, and conduct technical, safety, and mandatory trainings.
• Coordinate CDL training and testing; requalify operators in refresher programs.
• Mentor employees post-training and provide coaching to address performance gaps.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and support safety culture initiatives.
