Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Marietta, GA to lead the maintenance team and ensure repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning of the fleet are completed efficiently and safely.

This leadership role requires coordinating with maintenance staff, prioritizing repair orders, and scheduling operations to keep buses on time and in exceptional condition; shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background and ability to work all shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient
• Schedule all operations to keep buses on time and in exceptional condition
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment
• Train and mentor employees
