Job summary

Greyhound Lines, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in Dunwoody, GA. You will coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning across the fleet, keeping buses safe, reliable, and on time.

This leadership role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays. A mechanical background and 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or bus maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to do Shift Work (For all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• 3 or more years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance
• Mechanical background
• HS Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands
• Ensure busses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient
• Schedule all operations to make sure busses operate on time and in exceptional condition
• Coordinate any repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• Schedule cleaning and all related functions for coaches and equipment
• Train and mentor employees
