Job summary

Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Team in Doraville, GA. You will coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning across our fleet, ensuring safety, reliability, and on-time operation.

This leadership role requires shift flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays; a mechanical background and 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or bus maintenance are essential. A 10% annual bonus may apply.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule operations to maintain on-time performance and exceptional condition.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
