Job summary

Greyhound Lines, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Team and keep our fleet on the move. You will coordinate with maintenance staff to oversee repairs, maintenance, and cleaning operations across coaches, with availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

This leadership role includes mentoring employees, prioritizing repair orders, and ensuring buses are safe, reliable, and punctual. A mechanical background and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient
• Schedule operations to make sure buses operate on time and in exceptional condition
• Coordinate any repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• Schedule cleaning and all related functions for coaches and equipment
• Train and mentor employees
