You will inspect premises, oversee preventative maintenance, handle repairs, and coordinate with outside contractors to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in commercial maintenance, and leadership experience; proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• 5+ years’ experience in the maintenance field with commercial experience.
• Ideally 1+ years of leadership involvement leading a maintenance support team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise technicians.
• Inspect premises and equipment regularly.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and certify invoices.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and document work orders.
• Direct maintenance planning under supervision.
