Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in the maintenance field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience leading a maintenance team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
• Perform specialized maintenance tasks as required.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and supervise their work.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement fixes.
• Document maintenance activities.
• Plan and direct maintenance operations under supervision.
• Provide hands-on training to team members.
