Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, tenants, contractors, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
• Lead maintenance and repairs; coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide leadership and training to engineering staff; collaborate with Property Manager on performance.
• Participate in emergency response, evacuations, and after-hours readiness.
