Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in building operations, EPA Universal or HVAC cert, BAS and CMMS proficiency, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of building operations experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and/or HVAC certification required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineers and maintenance technicians.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure safety compliance with codes and policies.
• Manage work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs.
• Assist budgeting and cost control for operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls.
