McGough Facility Management (MFM) seeks an Assistant Chief Building Engineer to support the Chief Building Engineer and Sr. Property Manager, ensuring building systems are safe, efficient and reliable.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 8+ years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Experienced with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• First Class Boiler’s License.
• Knowledge of MS Office and fire life safety/BAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of building systems and respond to equipment failures.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and on-site staff activities.
• Provide leadership for maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders on repairs and projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
