The ideal candidate will have journey-level HVAC experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with CMMS. Expect to collaborate with multiple trades, manage resources, and maintain records while adhering to campus safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of journey-level experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R equipment and systems.
• Two or more years as a journey-level crafts worker with at least one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of boilers, HVAC/R equipment, safety codes, and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversees crews of Building Service Engineers and AC/R mechanics for HVAC systems operation and maintenance.
• Plans, coordinates, and assigns work across multiple projects and teams.
• Maintains CMMS records and prepares reports on work orders and materials.
• Provides on-the-job training and enforces safety practices.
