Job summary

Pinchin US is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead building envelope and existing building projects across the US. You will independently manage client engagements, guide technical teams, and help grow the Existing Buildings practice.

Ideal candidates possess strong experience in building envelope consulting, roofing, waterproofing, and restoration, with a proven track record of delivering scope, schedule, and budget success. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading building envelope and existing building projects.
• Ability to prepare and review technical reports, specs, drawings, and construction documents.
• Strong communication skills with clients, property managers, and project stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead building envelope and existing building consulting projects from evaluation to closeout.
• Lead technical evaluations, field investigations, and design consulting.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Provide guidance on reports, specifications, and repair recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate activities across offices.
