Qualifications

• Experience coordinating building maintenance work and vendor activities.
• Strong understanding of BMS, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize Building Management System (BMS) operations.
• Design, manage, and improve preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate routine maintenance with vendors for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and more.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours requests as needed.
• Develop and track KPIs for building operations and energy efficiency.
• Lead site energy audits and report on efficiency improvements.
