Job summary

Terracon seeks an Building Enclosure Department Manager in Atlanta to lead and support projects focused on building enclosure consulting, testing, and diagnostics. You will oversee staffing, proposals, safety, quality, and client relationships as part of the Facilities practice.

The role covers roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls, fenestration, air and water barriers, façade systems, and moisture investigations, with emphasis on technical delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with building enclosure systems, roofing, waterproofing, exterior wall assemblies, fenestration and façade systems.
• Experience preparing proposals, scopes of service, technical reports, testing and client-facing deliverables.
• Experience managing projects, staff, budgets, schedules, and quality review processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support growth of building enclosure consulting services including roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls and related assemblies.
• Prepare, review and support proposals and cost estimates for Facilities-related services.
• Oversee building enclosure testing services including water infiltration and air leakage testing.
• Support structural and materials diagnostics services and develop repair or remediation recommendations.
• Develop staffing plans, recruitment and onboarding with Office Manager support.
• Develop annual business plan and monitor revenue growth, project billing and profitability.
• Promote safety, quality, and risk awareness across projects.
