Qualifications

• 12+ years of building envelope experience may be acceptable without degree.
• 7+ years in building enclosure systems.
• 7+ years in construction observation related to building enclosure.

Responsibilities

• Perform condition assessments of building enclosure systems.
• Act as an envelope commissioning project manager.
• Conduct design reviews for constructability and durability.
• Identify and present building enclosure issues and solutions.
• Oversee enclosure testing activities performed internally or by contractors.
• Work with contractors to resolve building enclosure issues.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and monitoring during installation.
• Coordinate in construction meetings.
