ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Building Enclosure Department Manager to lead our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves managing projects related to inspections, testing, and assessments of building envelopes, ensuring high-quality consulting solutions for various facilities.

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, a technical background, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. The department manager will also be responsible for business growth and team development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting.
• Licensed or certified as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Building Enclosure department.
• Oversee building envelope evaluations and forensic investigations.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in the local market.
