Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• 3+ years of technical experience in low voltage controls (HVAC and Fire Alarm).
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and documents to establish project intent.
• Developing and maintaining a project schedule and coordinating with the project team.
• Managing requisition of supplies and materials for projects.
• Reviewing plans, participating in cost reviews, and contracting subcontractors.
• Tracking resources and project progress.
• Documenting schedule-impacting events and changes.
• Creating change-order opportunities and assisting with project billing and close-out.
